Return Instructions

Before starting your return, please note the following points in addition to our refund policy, to ensure a smooth return.

 

Return despatch deadline

We kindly ask that you return your items within 14 days of receiving the return label to ensure a smooth process. Please note that if the package is returned after this time, a late return fee may apply.

 

Refund Processing Times

Once we have received the return, we will process the refund following our refund policy, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and up to 7 working days for us to process it. You will then receive a refund confirmation by email. After that, it may take another 3-10 business days for the money to arrive in your bank account.

 

 

Original Packaging

Please send back all products you wish to return in their original packaging. This helps us process your return efficiently and avoids any damage to the items.

 

Include All Parts

 

You must include all parts in your return. For magnetic stirrup returns, please include the insoles. Insoles must be returned in their original packaging too.

For non magnetic stirrups returns, do not forget the Twisters.

 

 

Dirty Returns

Stirrups can be returned used. However, we still ask you to clean the stirrups and ensure that they are free from debris. Otherwise we might apply a cleaning fee.

 

Oversized Returns

Whenever possible, use the original shipping box or bag. If it’s not available any longer, please use a similarly sized or smaller package. Kindly note that oversized returns will result in a deduction from your refund (further details here).
