  1. Purchase stirrups on our website.
  2. We'll ship the product to you, which usually takes 3-10 working days. Check here for more details.
  3. Try the stirrups for up to 60 days (starting from the day you receive it).
  4. If you're not satisfied, let us know within 60 days and tell us why. We provide you with a return label, for which we may deduct a fee from the refund - depending on your country. For details check our refund policy
  5. Once we receive the return, we'll refund the full purchase price. Please note:
    1. If the product was engraved, we'll refund the stirrup price, but not the engraving price.
    2. The charge for a special insole magnet position cannot be refunded.
    3. Missing packaging or parts will be charged.
    4. Our guarantee is limited to a single use per customer and applies to a one pair of stirrups only. To clarify, if you purchase two pairs of stirrups and use both, you can only return one of them for a refund. Unused stirrups can be returned either way.
    5. Signs of usage are explicitly acceptable, but product damage from non-intended use may lead to a refund deduction.

No, you can only make colour exchanges for unused stirrups. Colour exchanges are not available for used products.

Can I try both the Ophena S and the S Pro within this guarantee?
Unfortunately not. Our trial period is limited to a single use per customer and applies to a single product only. If you decide you want to switch model, please get in touch with us before placing a new order.
