Delivery times

We typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that for some products or product options, (e.g. certain colours or sizes), an estimated shipping date is stated above the add to bag button.

Delivery itself typically takes 2-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days in some cases (e.g. for remote area deliveries, special circumstances). The estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout, where you can also pay for Express Delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. 

Delivery Countries and Cost

We ship worldwide using DHL and UPS. Costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout. 

Shipping is FREE for orders over 150€ or the equivalent amount in another currency.

Orders below the threshold of 150€ will be charged delivery costs of

  • 9.80€ for EU countries
  • 69 SEK within Sweden
  • 16.50€ for Norway and Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • 19.80€ for other countries

Taxes and Duties (for non-EU customers)

Our products are shipped from Sweden and generally sold on an unpaid delivery duty basis (DDU). That said, please be aware that you, or whoever the lucky recipient might be, may have to pay Import Duty, local VAT, sales tax or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. If you're wondering how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules or calculate those costs here.

However, we deliver duties paid (DDP) when shipping to the following countries:

  • Any country in the European Union (EU)
  • United States of America
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • Australia
  • Canada

That means: If your delivery address is in one of the above countries, there will be no extra costs for you. We take care of taxes, customs fees, duties etc. 

Refusal of Delivery or Wrong Address

If you refuse a delivery or it cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or for any other reason that is not our fault or the fault of the courier company, we reserve the right to retain the costs incurred by us for delivery, return and processing.

Failed delivery

If you have not received your package, even though DHL confirmed its delivery, please get in touch with your local DHL service team as soon as you can. You can also get in touch with us, but please be aware that we cannot address these issues if more than 7 days have elapsed since the reported delivery date.

Special Customs Requirements

For delivery to certain countries, we require special information upfront as part of the customs clearance process. We pass those information on to DHL / UPS. Without the information we cannot ship your order and need to delay it until we have the information.
Please provide those to us after your placed your order. The countries concerned are (non-exhaustive):

  • Turkey
    • Private individuals: 11 digit TR ID Number.
    • Private individuals (foreigner): Passport Number
    • Companies: VAT Number
  • Korea
    • Private Individuals: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) or 8 digit birth date using format YYYYMMDD,
    • Company Address: 10-digit VAT number.

FAQ:

As an EU customer, do I have to pay any import fees or additional costs?

No. The price we show during checkout is the final price you pay.

How long does the delivery take?

This depends on the shipping country. For many countries it only takes 1-4 business days, but it can be 10 or more business days in rare cases. Please note that some products have higher lead times, which is stated right above the add-to-bag button on the respective product page.

Can I change my delivery address after I ordered?

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes any further.
